A couple clips from this past weekend at Wrightsville Beach. 🌊🙃

Spent some time practicing handstands with my oldest son while the kite surfers were out enjoying the wind. It was definitely a challenge doing handstands in the sand, but it made for an awesome afternoon and an even better backdrop.

Always good to get outside, move a little, and make memories together.
