“Saya (sempat) menolak (panggilan Timnas Indonesia) karena situasi keluarga. Saya perlu mencoba pengalaman baru dan melihat sepak bola di luar Eropa. Saya sangat senang dengan pilihan yang saya buat. Pengalaman seperti ini memberi Anda banyak hal, baik secara pribadi maupun dalam hal sepak bola. Dalam 10 tahun, saya ingin melihat Indonesia yang menjadi ancaman bagi tim-tim nasional Eropa.” EMIL AUDERO

I’m genuinely curious if anyone wakes up every day and for the most part is pretty happy, calm and collected? Because I’m not sure that’s ever been my reality🤪😅 I’ve always been some level of feeling a bit anxious and a bit down and depressed, but I’ve had coping mechanisms that have helped pull me through in the past.🙏 I guess at some point I lost them or maybe life just piled up a little too much? 🤷‍♀️ I think I’m a pretty positive person and I like to look at the bright side so I just kinda hate that this is my reality.🙄 I want to fix it and change it so bad, but man, it’s hard.🤦🏼‍♀️ One thing I know is that I’m not gonna give up.💪 I am gonna figure it out! My doc has me starting another medicine and increased the Zoloft! and I’m really thankful to my girlfran on here who recommended Genesite (sp?) because my doctor ordered that and so now I can see if this medicine is actually working or not for me??? and that’s the power of social media — I wouldn’t have even known to ask about that if I hadn’t put this out there! yesterday a girlfran recommended it in a comment and about 20 more after her did too so thank you all so much for commenting and being here with me. I really appreciate it.🙏 probably more than you realize🫶 This time I’m not going to disappear and try to fight this alone … I’m going to be stronger & share it just in case maybe it helps someone else 🙏🙏🙏 And seriously, curious if you wake up most days happy & calm & excited for the day? Bc I don’t really remember a time in my life where that was the norm🤪😅
