The quick and easy one-pan dinner I go back to time and time again. It’s so delicious and perfect for those busy evenings when you just want to throw everything into one dish and let the oven do the work. Definitely give this one a try and let me know what you think! Method/ Recipe (serves 6) - Roughly chop 2 onions, I like to keep them quite chunky then spread them across the bottom of an ovenproof dish. - Add your chicken. We usually use 2 packs of boneless chicken thighs. - Add your tikka masala paste. For 2 packs of chicken thighs, we use around ¾ of a jar, but you can add more or less depending on how strong you like it. - Add a few tablespoons of Greek yoghurt, I normally just eyeball this and give everything a really good mix. - Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours. - When you’re ready to cook, pop it in the oven at 180–190°C for around 45 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked through. - Just before serving, stir through a tablespoon of crème fraîche or cream, top with fresh coriander and serve with rice. So simple, so good and barely any washing up 🙌
ServiceCall helps home service contractors close more jobs by providing valuable information about a property before they even arrive. It uses AI to identify equipment age, permit history, home value, homeowner finances, and available rebates, helping contractors save time, prioritize better leads, make smarter recommendations, and increase revenue.

Every @male does 😭 - Bryce Dallas Howard has built a successful career as an actress and filmmaker, becoming widely recognized for her roles in major Hollywood productions. She gained attention in films like The Village and Spider-Man 3 before taking on the role of Claire Dearing in the Jurassic World trilogy. Her performance helped make Claire one of the franchise’s central characters, evolving from a corporate executive into a determined leader facing extraordinary challenges. Howard is also an accomplished director, working on projects including episodes of The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. As the daughter of filmmaker Ron Howard, she grew up around the entertainment industry but has established her own identity through acting and directing.
