HUGE DISCLAIMER You only need to work away from feeding or rocking to sleep when YOU want to. It is not a bad habit. YOU are not a bad habit. If these things for work for you, as they do for MANY then don’t worry about changing something. Making a change to how you settle your little one does NOT mean you suddenly need to be giving zero support and for many that’s totally unrealistic. But now tell me, what is your current situation and are you struggling? And if you really are wanting to make changes and need more support comment CHANGE and I’ll DM you the link to my best settling ‘Making changes to settling’ webinar and guide. A comprehensive deep dive with zero unresponsive sleep training. Lucy xxx #secondstartotherightsleep #parentingtips #feedtosleep #toddlersleephelp #babysleeptips
