Rep. Thomas Kutz

Lights on, costs down! This morning I joined colleagues to announce a 10-bill package aimed at increasing Pennsylvania's energy supply and lowering costs for ratepayers. We have the tools to adapt to the increasing demand for electricity and this package, which I am proud to support, will help advance that need. Listen to my comments to learn more about the bill I am co-prime sponsoring, which would eliminate the Gross Receipts Tax on energy.
