Senin de özlediğin biri varmı?
Hani durduk yere aklıma düşen,
İçini sessizce sızlatan biri
Benim var!
Ne arıyorum ne yazabiliyorum,
Ama içimde hala onunla konuşuyorum.
İnsan unutmaz aslında;
Sadece yokluğuna alışır!
Yokluğunu taşır.
Ama kalp,
Kalp alışamaz.

Güzel Zehra’m 😢😢😢

Involving your triceps in a fly just means you did a press that day, or two presses if you do presses and flies in the same session. A fly will never utilize triceps to mobilize. If you need to use you’re triceps to do your fly you are too weak for that weight

I did a little @Gap haul, and whoever these designers are, yes, just yes!!! Everything is 40% off, and I found a secret stackable 20% off LFG!!!

Just say LINK, and I’ll send everything in this post + the stackable 20% off code 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The dress code was blue. I took my cue from the view.

The skirt of autumn I fear!!! 🙌 🍂☕️
All the stretch, and built in chub rub shorts!!! Never checked out so fast (bought myself some corduroy ones in the same style too lol) Massive size range too 👏 WE LOVE TO SEE IT

I’m starting a 7 day mini series of tummy friendly autumn outfits with enough stretch to breathe in, because honestly- the tummy queens need reccos from someone who gets it!✌️all the stretch, none of the bullsh*t 💃🏼

Like this reel and Comment ‘LOVE THAT SKIRT’ for the link to the whole outfit! So many ways to wear this one 👏

Let’s get the girlies feeling COMFY without sacrificing STYLE- because you absolutely can do both, promise ✨

Tummy friendly outfit, autumn outfit idea, fall outfit, mum outfit, uk size 10, uk size 12, cool mum outfit, brunch date, autumn outfit inspo, bloat friendly outfit
