WIDER Rib Cage + Waist after baby? 🤰🏻 NO GATEKEEPING! ⬇️ Comment APP and I’ll message you the FULL tutorial + a week of my Rib Cage & Core exercises. This foundational exercise is absolutely part of addressing that stubborn lower belly pooch and wider rib cage + waist after pregnancy. Meet the INTERCOSTAL 🔥 MUSCLES! They live between your ribs and play a CRUCIAL role in helping your rib cage MOVE as you breathe. These muscles can get seriously restricted and weak after pregnancy and it’s YOUR JOB to restrengthen them. Ladies, your ribs are NOT cemented into place. I literally went from a 36 bra 🍒 band down to a 32! Your ribs should MOVE with every inhale AND exhale while coordinating with your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and ALL of your abdominal muscles. But if they don’t and your rib cage feels STUCK WIDE open and your entire core moves like one giant cinder block 😩 you’re going to remain frustrated and scratching your head! Your rib cage mobility, breathing mechanics and how your ribs are positioned over your pelvis DIRECTLY influences how you manage pressure AND how your midsection looks. That stubborn BELLY POOCH + WIDER Rib Cage might NOT just be “FAT”. Start here: ✨ Inhale 360° breathe INTO the band, expanding through the front, back, and sides of your rib cage. ✨ Exhale, gently engaging your abs from the BOTTOM UP as your rib cage begins to close. You will notice a narrowing. #workoutsforwomen #postpartumfitness #coreexercises #ribflare #pelvicfloorexercises

🌍🤖 In a simple experiment, ChatGPT was asked to write five laws for the entire planet, and the results touch on human rights, data privacy, elections, war and the future of AI. Its proposals included guaranteeing food, clean water, healthcare, shelter and education for everyone, requiring clear consent before anyone uses your face, voice or personal data, and funding elections with public money so private donations carry less weight. Many of these ideas already exist in some form today, from Europe's data protection rules to the international courts that can prosecute war crimes. What stands out most is that its final law was written to restrict AI itself, keeping the most important decisions firmly in human hands. What are your thoughts on this? 🤔💬
