This isn’t goodbye. It’s just see you around.
When I started PRVLD, I never built it with money in mind. Sure, it takes money to run a business, but that was never the purpose.
Growing up, mental health played a huge role in my life. From unhealthy coping mechanisms like self harm to learning how to treat negative emotions like a friend who just needs a hug, I’ve learned that sometimes that’s all any of us really need.
What always stuck with me was seeing friends and acquaintances with incredible potential, yet too afraid to chase it because of what the world might think.
My name is Kyle Rome. I’m just a simple guy from Covington, Louisiana who was once terrified to take a risk and bet on himself. I never wanted the spotlight on me. I wanted it on the community.
A community filled with people gifted by God with the ability to help others walking similar broken roads, but afraid their voice might never be enough.
So we found ways to tell our stories through art and let art imitate life.
To everyone who gave PRVLD a chance, thank you. Thank you for believing in the message. Thank you for allowing us to share it. And thank you for giving people permission to look around and think:
“If a guy from Covington, Louisiana can tell his story, why can’t I?”
