Great job, my only issue is compliance of that window in the bath tub area. Water proof might need to reach 1800mm because of window.

Brilliant work! It both saddens and angers me hearing substandard 'tradies' insisting to home owners that the paint-on rubberised membrane are far superior. I stood in a bathroom as one of them kept insisting you didn't even need to pre tape the corners when you used paint-on membrane😠 I told my friend the guy was an idiot but was over ruled. 6 months on the entire bathroom needs demolishing due to leaks, delaminating tiles and rotting door jams.😤 Its a sad state of affairs when construction inspections and stage certification take a back seat as councils and compliance agencies wind down their oversights. We did a major two level build in the Wet Tropics almost 11 years ago and our tradies insisted we went with taped and sealed membrane sheeting. So glad they did as its still working brilliantly! So congratulations for your commitment to quality! 👍👍👍
