A few WIPs for ‘HYDROMATIC EXPERIENCES’, curated by @ekuvelius a while back now!
Based from photographs I took capturing the effervescent churn found below a waterfall (on Menang Country in South-Western Australia.)
‘Froth and fizz born of the falls is recast on the walls as turbulence-born ink scribing the stream’s eddies and flows, tracing the movement of running water — water drawn forth by gravity but impeded and distorted by an immovable but slow-wearing Earth.
These submersive traceries make legible the transcendental sensation of running water moving over our bodies.’
