The new Christopher Ward C1 Loco Classic puts the movement front and center. Following the sporty C12 Loco, Christopher Ward takes its distinctive caliber in a more traditional direction. The result is a 41mm 904L stainless steel watch with an off-center, domed white ceramic sub-dial and an exposed balance wheel and escapement, held in place by hand-finished bridges. Available in blue, black, and gold, each version features a textured dial with powdered mother-of-pearl in the varnish. Turn the watch over, and the manually wound CW-003 caliber reveals its symmetrical architecture, twin barrels, and impressive six-day power reserve. The C1 Loco Classic starts at €5,595 on a suede strap or €5,855 on a steel bracelet. It’s one of Christopher Ward’s most ambitious creations yet. Would you choose this classic interpretation or the sportier C12 Loco? #ChristopherWard #ChristopherWardC1LocoClassic #fratellochristopherward #christopherwardc1loco

TNHT: Kyle.Anfernee (@Kyle.Anfernee) Neighbors, a Clark Atlanta student, Morgan Gamble, 21, is dead after police say a driver drove nearly 100 miles per hour, in a 35 mph zone, and hit and killed the 21-year-old college senior. The crash happened Tuesday night around 11 pm on Hank Aaron Drive and Glenn Street near the old Braves stadium in Atlanta. Police have charged Nikolai Dunford in the deadly crash. Police said Dunford was driving at a “high rate of speed” when he crashed into Gamble’s car as she was driving westbound. Paramedics took Gamble to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. An officer who responded asked Dunford if police could download his vehicle’s event data recorder. Dunford called his lawyer and agreed, according to the warrant. The data showed speeds of 94.4 mph in a 35 mph zone. Police arrested Dunford at the scene. He now faces charges of speeding, reckless driving and homicide by vehicle in the first degree.
