Taking it slow and focusing on rebuilding strength instead of rushing the process. These are the gentle exercises I’m currently doing:
✨ Diaphragmatic breathing – reconnects the core & pelvic floor
✨ Side body opener – relieves upper body tension and improves posture
✨ Pelvic clocks – improves pelvic mobility & core awareness
✨ Cat-Cow – relieves back stiffness and improves spinal mobility
✨ 60° leg raises – strengthens the deep core
✨ Upavistha Konasana – opens the hips and improves flexibility
✨ Bird Dog – builds core stability and balance
✨ Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose) – strengthens the glutes, core & supports pelvic stability
Postpartum recovery isn’t about bouncing back
it’s about becoming stronger, one step at a time. Every body heals differently, so move at your own pace and celebrate the small wins 🤍
