I prioritize myself. I prioritize slow mornings, my coffee, and the little details that remind me how beautiful life can be when I take the time to truly appreciate it. I prioritize my mental well-being, my emotions, and the quiet moments that bring me back to myself. I prioritize my peace, my energy, and the woman I’m becoming. I’ve learned that life isn’t always about chasing more. Sometimes, it’s about recognizing the beauty in what I already have, finding happiness in the simplest things, and being grateful for everything that has shaped me along the way. The warmth of the sun. The comfort of silence. The little rituals that make ordinary days feel special. The strength I’ve found within myself. The freedom to feel, to grow, and to simply be. And if there’s one thing I’m learning, it’s that I never want to become so busy building a beautiful life that I forget to feel the beauty of the one I’m already living. 🤎
Home. 💙
I was hoisted by strong men of @sprytraining to a height of 36 inches, so they could shower me with love. @chad_dimitri and 'Bobsled' held me by their little fingers (loved it 😂) Another year of growth and stepping into God's purpose commenced on the 29th October and my gym community wanted me to know how they feel about me. Eternally grateful to God for all of the people in my life - people I get encourage, eye ball and treasure. #MySpryCommunity Tasha's @tashamanleyisimpact written piece was special. Life is never easy but I live in spiritual abundance as there's no recession in heaven and I live in the physical as I see myself in the spiritual - powerful mental shift as I step into God's purpose. Thank you Tammy, Spur Tree, Kilamanjaro, Nes and the entire 4AM rising squad. #PrayWithoutCeasing
