Did they cook⁉️🔥 🎥 Formula 1 just pulled off one of the smoothest camera transitions you’ll ever see during a pit stop. ⠀ The shot seamlessly hands the car from one camera operator to the next as it enters the box, gets serviced and accelerates back toward pit exit. ⠀ Because F1 pit stops can take barely two seconds, the broadcast crew has almost no margin for error if they want the movement to feel continuous. ⠀ That means camera placement, timing and direction all have to line up perfectly while mechanics are moving around the car at full speed. ⠀ It is one of those moments where the production team quietly performs with almost as much precision as the pit crew itself. ⠀ Would you have noticed the transition if nobody pointed it out? ⠀ What are your thoughts? 🤔💭 ⠀ FOLLOW ➡️ @hypewhip for more incredible Formula 1 and motorsport moments! 🤝🏎️ ⠀ ( Media: Formula 1 ) ⠀ #formula1 #f1 #pitstop #motorsport #ai

What a whirlwind the last two weeks have been. I got to play with @tedeschitrucksband and @treyanastasio at @ericclapton’s @crossroadsguitarfestival. I inducted my friend Paul Reed Smith of @prsguitars into @guitarcenter’s RockWalk. I celebrated @therealbuddyguy’s 90th birthday with my extended musical family at @radiocitymusichall. I announced @spherevegas shows. I played a special one-off solo show in my home state of CT at @mohegansun. I jammed with Dave Grohl for his @hopethemission charity event at @chaplinrecording. And in one of the more thrilling opportunities I’ve ever been given, I backed up the legendary @officialannielennox along with my dear sweet friend Wendy Melvoin @wigmusic on “Sweet Dreams,” which I think is apropos given the wild ride I’ve just been on. I’m a lucky dude. More fun soon…
