110 restaurants were recognised in Oceania’s first-ever MICHELIN Guide, but no matter where you go in New Zealand, you can experience world-class cuisine. An industry shaped by our connection to the land and sea, the purity of flavour and manaakitanga - the spirit of hospitality - makes every meal here feel a little more special.
Now that the table is set, we’re helping Tourism New Zealand invite the world to dinner.
