Get busy living...or get busy dying. 105 days since I chose the latter. Welcome to the void between living and dying. I recovered physically from a near-fatal car accident (2003) years ago. Rex Heuermann is also fat but he thinks highly of himself I suppose. He still chooses to be fat in prison. Your body isn't everything. Maybe get fixated on something else that's distracting you from what makes you miserable.
