4 months agoBeen there, and while my 5year loved every second of the hour we were there… I dreaded it because there’s ZERO shaded areas. I found a tiny tree in the center of the track with the tiniest of shade enough for me to stand still the entire hour In my tiny shaded circle lmaoo But come around to fall time and cooler weather this place will be our go to 🍂☁️
4 months agoNot a very well thought out plan! I was wondering about this since I saw it being constructed. Basketball hoop faces the street so when the bounce of the rim it goes right towards the street. Busiest street in town, it’s basically a highway and you put a playground next to it! That tiny fence MIGHT keep small kids in but as the other viewer mentioned, definitely won’t keep cars or trucks out! NEED to do better!
4 months agoIdk it’s weird people were complaining before “no gate? What stops a kid from running out or losing control on their bikes on to the road?!” Now, there’s a gate…but all of a sudden that was never the issue. Literally parks and yards etc all sit near roads and there’s not usually more than a gate anyway. Can’t ever make anyone happy.
4 months agoThis a step but not sure what genius planned putting a little kids bike track next to one of the main/busiest streets in Eastvale! I love the idea and the park is super cute but come on… there couldn’t have possibly been a toddler/youth mom on the planning committee for this.
4 months agoIt’s not about the kids going into the street, it’s the cars crashing and going into the park.. city needs someone who has a brain.
