Good God 🫶🏻

run 27/39🏃🏾‍♀️‍➡️

today’s episode includes:

• the run i’ve been dreading😭
• headphones dying before mile 1💀
• the last 3 miles trying to take me OUT🫠

i have been putting this run off for SO long that i actually started falling behind on my training😭 i just did not want to run 10 miles again lmao…

then i finally get myself out there and my headphones die before i even hit a mile. i contemplated turning right back around because absolutely tf not but i kept going

and honestly, the first 7 miles were pretty solid. i was feeling good, cruising along, and thinking maybe i had been making this run a bigger deal than it needed to be. then mile 8 came around and my attitude changed REAL quick😭

those last 3 miles were BRUTAL. like physically i was okay, but mentally??? i was DONE. 10 miles is just a damn long time to be running lmao

but we got through it and now i can officially say i’ve run 10 miles twice🥹

12 more to go. let’s keep going🥳🖤
