My son turned 16 yesterday 🤍 I sat with him tonight having dinner with his friends, which I don’t get to do often. We talked about what we are going to do this weekend at the run club and his bands upcoming shows . To be honest I cried a lil bit when he blew out his candle . he was still so happy and still my baby boy but now he’s a young man almost grown. Lockett is genuine kind and confident , that’s all that I can dream for in my child. But I wish I had more time with him and more dinners and walks and more moments like this when he was just a baby dancing to my demo of “Lean on” by @Majorlazer - he played that song over and over again when I released it. Lockett was my number one fan & now - i am his . I love him more than the world itself 🌎
happy birthday Lockett

@alessioperrelli

i think it’s a good day to stay.

This is my favorite feeling. Way above old PR. Grip no problem. Effort every rep. Hype music. All muscles feeling like they’ve had enough. Mind says one more. Knowing I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. All problems in the world that are beyond my control and the ones that aren’t. In this moment I don’t care, I’ll keep going. Just one more.
