Hi, my name is Day, and in just eight months, my life has changed in ways I never imagined.

In February 2026, I was diagnosed with thyroblastoma thyroid cancer, an extremely rare cancer, after doctors found a tumor in my thyroid. I underwent surgery to remove the tumor, my thyroid, and the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck. From March through May, I received aggressive chemotherapy and radiation.

In May, I rang the bell, and in July 2026, I was told I was cancer-free. I finally began looking forward to my future and got engaged to the love of my life.

Then, on October 26, 2026, everything changed again. I was diagnosed with metastatic thyroblastoma cancer, meaning the cancer has spread to other areas of my body. I will begin treatment again next month, and my doctors are preparing me for the possibility that I may need ongoing treatment.

I’m scared and overwhelmed, but I still have faith. I fought before, and I will fight again.

Because my cancer is so rare, I will need to work with specialists experienced in treating rare cancers. Funds raised through this GoFundMe will help cover specialized medical care, treatment, transportation, rent, food, and other essential living expenses while I undergo treatment.

If you’re able to donate, no amount is too small. If you cannot donate, please share my story. Prayers, encouragement, and positive energy mean more to me than I can express.

To everyone who has supported me, thank you. Your love carried me through my first fight, and I need that support again.

Cancer came back—but so did my fight.
