Our story exists because they chose to sacrifice everything.
To our mothers, who literally risked their lives just to bring us both into this world more than 3 decades ago, and to our fathers who sacrificed their youth just to ensure a beautiful, comfortable life for us and our “we-don’t-have-a-choice” siblings, we owe you a debt of gratitude we can NEVER repay. And to our brothers and sisters, you have given us the world and you are everything we could have ever wished for.
To our families, you were the first ones to witness our ups and downs, our highest highs and lowest lows, our greatest accomplishments and most heartbreaking failures, and you were also there cheering us on waving those little imaginary pom-poms through it all making sure that we kept moving forward and chased our dreams.
On 1st May 2026, one of those dreams came true.
Please know that we’re not going anywhere and we’ll always be the same little boy and little girl you once carried, raised and loved so deeply. You will always be the first people we look up to, no matter how old we get and at every different phase of life. You’re not losing a son, a daughter, a brother or a sister, you’ve simply just gained another one to love.
Thank you for your endless blessings and doas. We know with absolute certainty that we stand here today because you stood for us first. This milestone isn’t just the answer to our prayers, but it is also yours.

p/s: it took me days to write this caption because everytime I replayed this moment in my head, I ended up bawling.
p/p/s: walking into our forever to this “song” with my Queen right by my side, it was PERFECT!
