Tonight, in London, for ONE NIGHT ONLY!

I popped back for something special tonight, @hellomag Power List, in their words, “Celebrating the inspirational women redefining midlife, and paving the way for a powerful Second Act.”

I was honoured and humbled to be invited, and photographed alongside some powerhouse women for next week’s front cover.

I won’t lie, it was intimidating. But it was also WONDERFUL. I saw so many friendly faces, some who had worked with me behind the scenes in magazines years ago, who all came forward to hug me and say hello. I caught up with on and off screen colleagues I hadn’t seen for ages, and had some great catchups.

And then I tiptoed away. I’m back at my hotel, tucked up in bed, ready to read my book and get an early night.

Just perfect.

The photos are before I went, and getting very excited in the taxi on the way. 😂

My top (and actually the whole of my outfit, which you can’t see but was very nice), was bought in a panic buy yesterday in @zara

With Worldwide Wellington Month in full swing, @riverrestaurantgordonramsay showcasing their stunning Salmon Welly !! Perfectly sliced and served up with velvety celeriac purée and a rich fish jus
