Don't do it. I was sent a fake ticket- it was train ticket from 4 years ago instead of a concert ticket...lol. disturbing they don't even check what a buyer uploads! still waiting for a refund or to speak to an actual person

Beware of TicketSwap! They are sc…mmers! The Hélène Fischer concert was rescheduled and I had bought tickets through them. Because of the rescheduling, I lost my money. I couldn't sell them anymore and didn't get my money back from TicketSwap either! They do nothing for you!

Hello TicketSwap Support, My payout of €58.29 has been blocked for more than two weeks because your address verification repeatedly fails. I have already attempted verification more than 20 times using valid proof of address from Sofia, Bulgaria.I have uploaded various file formats, and document types. Repeating the same automated verification is clearly not resolving the issue. Your chatbot informed me that my case would be forwarded to a human teammate for manual review. I am requesting that a member of your verification team manually review my documents and enable my payout. If any document is missing or does not meet your requirements, please specify exactly what is wrong instead of asking me to retry verification. I would appreciate a response within 24 hours. If this matter is not resolved within 2 business days, I will pursue all available remedies, including: filing a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC Bulgaria and ECC Netherlands); reporting the matter to the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) if appropriate; requesting a charge/payment dispute or other available remedies if applicable; and seeking recovery of the funds through the appropriate legal channels. It's been a really 💩 experience!

Fui burlada através da @ticketswap!!! Comprei um. Bilhete para o @nos_alive para uma amiga e quando chegou ao festival o bilhete já tinha sido usado ela teve de ficar na rua. Que garantias dao aos vossos utilizadores???

I’ll join the others: you’re absolutely not protected from scams and the support is basically zero. I bought a ticket on the platform that turned out to have already been used by the seller. Despite the seller’s clear and provable fault, a police report and traceable evidence, I was left waiting like an idiot… meanwhile they took the money.
