The hard reality of being bipolar, especially with rapid cycling, is how fast the weather inside your own head can change. One day there’s sunlight. The next, it feels like somebody opened the ocean and told you to swim. Right now, the darkness caught up with me again. There’s been too much pressure, too many problems, too much noise from the outside, and I’m trying to find my way back through it without turning every bad day into evidence that I’m failing at life. I don’t want to sit here and pity myself. But I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t sometimes feel like whatever I do is somehow wrong, too much, not enough, too late, too sensitive, too distant. So if my replies are slower right now, that’s why. Today’s great heroic achievement was getting out of bed and finally taking a shower. Sometimes surviving the wave looks less like fighting and more like refusing to let it carry you completely away. #bipolarreality #rapidcycling #quietbattles #onedayatatime #bipolardisorder

44 MILLION VIEWS and counting. 🔥 Naza Documentary: The Real Story is making waves, and now they tried to take down the website hosting it. This independently funded, 49-minute documentary was created in just 10 days and features previously UNRELEASED footage, FIRSTHAND testimony, and evidence challenging the mainstream narrative about Gaza and Hamas. No Israeli government funding. No IDF funding. Just a documentary the creators are challenging everyone to watch and judge for themselves. 🎥 Watch it yourself: NazaDocumentary.com
