My two icons in one frame 💖 Kathryn Bernardo and Maja Salvador have been waiting for years to share the screen. And on Someone, Someday, this powerful duo finally go head-to-head as Billy and Bea. "Hindi siya afraid na mag-explore," Maja says of Kathryn, who went all in on Billy's darkest moments. Kathryn recalls their most fiery scenes together. “Parang sinabi niya, ‘Huwag inaalalayan ’yung sampal. Gawin mo ’yung kailangan sa scene.'" The result? Nothing short of iconic linyahan, mata-mata acting, bardagulan. The claws may be out between the half-sisters when the cameras are rolling, but once they step out of the set, it’s all love and sisterhood for the electrifying pair. #SomeoneSomeday #KathrynBernardo #MajaSalvador

What Dr. Brown is saying here also aligns with Dr. Russell Barkley’s insight that motivation is inextricably tied to emotion. Dr. William Dodson described ADHD as having an interest-based nervous system. He identified five factors that can increase motivation for ADHDers (based on observations of his psychiatry patients): Interest Novelty Passion Urgency Challenge So how about it? Next time someone asks you if you have ADHD, maybe you’ll just plainly tell them you have EDM (Erect*le Dysfunction of the Mind) 🤪. I cite a lot of Dr. Brown’s work in my book, and for those who are interested, he published a great book about ADHD and emotional dysregulation titled “Smart, but Stuck.” #adhd #psychology #emotions #motivation #neurodivergent Hi there! My name is Dr. Gilly. I’m a clinical psychologist, a mom, and a writer with ADHD. I create content for neurodivergent individuals, other therapists, parents, and individuals with conditions that often co-occur with ADHD and autism. A lot of my content also focuses on writing, social skills, and my special interests. I work best with a whole lot of realness and humor and a hint of bite. My book on the emotional dysregulation+rejection sensitivity components of ADHD in females (“ALLOW ME TO INTERRUPT”) is officially out! Consider following because you may never see me again! 🦸🏻‍♀️ Dr. Gilly Kahn does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment via social media.
