The Cat’s Whiskers or The Dog’s Bollocks
An inquisitive takeover by @davidgibson_streetphotography
Masahisa Fukase
‘Sasuke!! My Dear Cat’, 1977-78
Fukase was a dedicated cat photographer - his profile pic is of a cat - he says:
“That year, I spent much of my time crawling around on my stomach in order to take photographs at the cat’s eye level, and this sort of made me into a cat. It was the happiest of tasks: taking photos, while playing with something that pleased me, in harmony with the changing seasons.”
