Stuffed Grape Leaf Soup GF/DF Think Italian Wedding Soup meets Mediterranean comfort food. I deconstructed traditional stuffed grape leaves (Dolmas) into a rich, cozy bowl of soup, and honestly? I might never roll a grape leaf again. The base is a slow-simmered, nutrient-dense bone broth made with a beef patella bone and us wellness meats bone broth mix. Floating in that liquid gold are tender lamb & rice meatballs seasoned with true made foods dry rub, garlic, mint, and warm allspice, plus fresh chopped grape leaves and plenty of bright lemon. It’s warm, herbaceous, savory, and perfectly tangy. Here’s what you’ll need: Broth: -25 cups water - 2 packages @uswellnessmeats bone broth seasoning - 1 @uswellnessmeats beef bone - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar - 1/8c fresh lemon juice Meatballs - 1 lb @uswellnessmeats ground lamb - 1.5 cups cooked Jasmine rice - 1/8c garlic minced - 2 tbsp mint finely chopped - 2 tbsp @truemadefoods all purpose rub - 1 tbsp allspice - 3 tbsp olive oil (for frying) Grape leaves - 6 grape leaves sliced into small strips To prepare: Broth: -Add all broth ingredients to a large pot and cook on medium heat for 2-3 hours - allow to cool and strain fat from top. - remove bone and add lemon juice Meatballs: - add meatball ingredients to a bowl and combine. - roll into 1 inch balls. - add to a pan on medium high heat and cook until brown on both sides. - add to broth. Leaves: - chop leaves and add to soup. cook for 1 hour on low heat- serve & enjoy!
Happy girl’s Day♥️✨

Mes kaosit gjendet edhe dashuria.

26 today 🎂 A lot changes when you stop overthinking and just execute The last 9/10 months were all about controlling what I could control - hitting the gym daily, locking down the diet, cardio, and not cutting corners Down 30 lbs, but building discipline was the actual takeaway. Put your head down, do the work, stay consistent, and let the results speak for itself Shoutout to my trainer @sethlagana for keeping me locked in the whole way through. Still a lot more work left to do Thankful for good health and another year around the sun 🙏
