Ukraine’s parliament passed a law strengthening minority rights on Monday, easing years of tensions with Hungary and paving the way for Kyiv to advance its EU accession talks.

The legislation, approved by 266 of the 450 deputies in the Verkhovna Rada, strengthens protections for the use of minority languages in schools and at cultural events.

The rights of the roughly 100,000 ethnic Hungarians living in Ukraine’s Transcarpathia region have strained relations between Budapest and Kyiv for years. The previous Hungarian government, led by former Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, had blocked progress in Ukraine’s EU accession talks since 2023 over the dispute.

A little stillness. A lot of beauty.

The gentle play of light, the elegance of sculptural glass and the way a single piece can bring a sense of calm to a space.

Meet the Frankie Vase, a timeless, handblown glass piece that feels just as beautiful on its own as it does filled with fresh blooms.

A little reminder that beauty often lives in the simplest moments 🤍

🚨BREAKING: Islam Makhachev vs. Carlos Prates is reportedly being targeted for a UFC welterweight title showdown on January 30, 2027 🔥

And we could potentially see Michael Morales vs. Shavkat Rakhmonov in the co-main event on the SAME card, with the winner possibly earning the next shot at welterweight gold.

Zuck is getting in on the frontier.⁣
⁣
Meta Platforms Inc. released their newest AI model, Muse Wonder, on Monday. According to Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, the model is the company’s first with “frontier capabilities.” These capabilities would put the model on par with OpenAI’s ChatGPT or Anthropic’s Claude.⁣
⁣
Muse Wonder is the culmination of Meta’s recent efforts to rework its entire AI unit. Over the last year and a half, Zuckerberg has committed hundreds of billions of dollars to building out the unit. Part of that spending was investing $14 billion into Scale AI, whose co-founder, Alexandr Wang, became Meta’s AI Chief.⁣
⁣
In September, Meta released their personal AI agent known as Muse. Muse Wonder will soon power the subscription version of the Muse app, though for now it is only available to developers through the Meta Model API and Muse Code.⁣
