Need😍

Comment “TRAIN” for a program to rediscover your strength and fitness in your 30s. I’ll send you the first 7 days free.

It’s not that your metabolism got slower, you don’t have time, or any other reason why you think it’s not possible to be in the best shape ever as you age.

It’s the excuses you make for yourself because you know deep down you just don’t make it a priority anymore.

Getting older doesn’t mean surrendering to age like you have to be a downgraded version of yourself. Aim higher.

@molama_jaanam

“Please uninstall app if you don’t agree.”

That’s the message Dexcom showed people who depend on its app to see their glucose readings.

Dexcom has since clarified that users can opt out of certain provisions, including arbitration, by emailing its legal department—and continue using the app.

Then why wasn’t that choice clear in the original notification?

Someone opening their app because they feel low should not have to decipher a legal agreement before seeing their blood sugar. Managing diabetes already asks enough of us.

Dexcom: explain the changes clearly, make applicable opt-outs easy to find within the app, and keep glucose readings accessible while people review their choices.

This needs to be corrected now. Patient safety comes first.
