Strong, safe and extremely accessible…

The trap bar deadlift (not the barbell) is the most effective functional strength exercise of all time for 3 distinct reasons:

✅Bar shape and handle height make it accessible to everyone
✅Maximal muscle recruitment, 20-30% stronger than barbell
✅Extremely spine friendly, reduce shear stress at lower back

Best trained hard & heavy for functional strength at 3-8 reps.

Comment “TEA” and I’ll send you the exact nighttime tea recipe + the Kitty Queen gummies we pair with the routine. 💗👇

If dryness, odor, pH changes, or feeling uncomfortable keeps coming back, this is the inside-out support routine I’d look at first.

👉 Slippery Kitty by Kitty Queen is linked on Amazon in our bio.

Follow me first so I can send it 😊#remedies #healthtips #guthealth #syntheticperformer #unitedstates
