The power is with the people, and the people are with @scott_colom. Mississippi, make sure you are ready to pick another senator on Tuesday, November 3.
Can your basic cholesterol report give you a clue about insulin resistance? 🩸 Two numbers may give you a useful starting point: triglycerides and HDL. Divide your triglycerides by your HDL to calculate the TG ratio. According to the framework in this reel, a ratio below 2 suggests good insulin sensitivity, 2–3 may indicate mild insulin resistance, and above 3 may indicate significant insulin resistance. Why does this ratio matter? Insulin resistance is often associated with higher triglycerides and lower HDL, so the ratio can provide a quick clue about your metabolic health. But remember, this is not a diagnosis. Insulin resistance is more complex and should be assessed alongside your symptoms, medical history, and appropriate testing. 💬 Save this reel, share it with someone who should check their report, and tell us in the comments what’s your TG ratio? 📩 DM us “Insulin” for a personalized 1:1 consultation to understand your blood reports and build a plan for better metabolic health. . . . . . #dietitian #nutritionist #dtshwetashahpanchal #mumbai #dubai
