🌿 Q is for Question.

Every discovery begins with a question. At Evolve Community Foundation, we encourage curiosity because asking why and how leads to learning, innovation, and stronger communities. Through the B.E.A.C.H. Life System, nature becomes the classroom where questions inspire purpose.

Aloha☀️🌴

Kya karu?? 🤷🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

Comment the word DAVINA and I'll DM you a link to the episode 💌

You might know telly LEGEND Davina McCall from Big Brother, but I grew up working out to her fitness DVDs in my student flat, lifting tins of baked beans 😂

We got into her wild clubbing days and then sobriety, to losing her sister Caroline, learning to start over and finding joy through life’s toughest moments.

Davina opens up about an incredibly challenging couple of years, from discovering a brain tumour and undergoing surgery to then being diagnosed with breast cancer. We talk about grief, self-compassion and the importance of checking your boobs (or breast tissue!), going to your mammograms and speaking up about your health.

Thrilled to be working with
Mike Flanagan again,
this time on The Exorcist:Martyrs.

How cool is it that horror is having such a huge moment right now?! Between Carrie and The Exorcist, Mike is reminding everyone that the best horror isn’t just about being scared. It’s about incredible characters, powerful emotions, and stories that stay with you long after the lights come on.

He’s one of the most brilliant storytellers out there, and I feel pretty lucky to be part of another one of his worlds.

Let the nightmares begin!!👻🎬
