One nation under God. Hadn’t even made it into church before we got our compliments on the @koinutrition_ shirts!! Tonight on the eve of this great nations birthday we gather to pray for and celebrate our country. 250 years of strength.

You both look amazing!

Andrew Garfield and Monica Barbaro mixed business with pleasure, and now we're swooning.

After the two started dating, they both signed on to star in 'Artificial,' which just screened at the New York Film Festival. And Andrew couldn't be more proud of his partner, who plays former OpenAI CTO Mira Murati in the film.

"She brings this kind of mysterious enigma of a person to life in such a kind of complex and human way," he told ET. "She's a wonderful actor. She's so talented. I've been a fan of hers for so long."

What an absolute BLESSING it is to:

Go outside.
Not be in chronic excruciating pain all the time.
Spend time with family and be PRESENT.
Eat FOOOOD!!! & not get anxiety over it.
Being able to say ‘yes’ to things rather than ‘I’m too sick I’m sorry maybe next time’.

I think for me, the biggest thing I’ve missed is being outside and experiencing all these incredible outings with my husband and baby. All of Henry’s life I always felt like I missed everything by saying, “I don’t feel good I have to stay home but you guys go ahead. You shouldn’t miss out on anything because of me.” And I don’t regret sending them at all- their lives shouldn’t be on pause because of me but it hurts more than you know that I couldn’t be there.

Can you believe this is going to be my FIRST holiday season in 6 years that I’ll actually get to enjoy to the fullest!!?!? Well, I still move a bit slow, still have zero strength and recovering from surgery but who cares-I get to leave my house!!!

Having Ulcerative Colitis was a blessing and a curse. Wait a blessing?!? HOW?! Well it taught me a lot about food, nutrition, healthy lifestyle and what’s actually good for our bodies. I studied a lot about what foods can be inflammatory or secretly killing us from the inside and what to avoid. I think with every struggle you go through you can always be thankful in someway. My husband reminded me that being grateful even in hardships is something to look for instead of being bitter or resentful.

So with that, FU Ted, but thank you for the everything you taught me.

(Ted is my now, very dead colon as a reminder)
