Random Buffalo sports team scoring day 4
2017-18 Sabres, Game 44: Kyle Okposo stripped Blue Jackets goalie Sergei Bobrovsky of the puck while he was trying to clear it, and shot it into the wide open net, 7 minutes and 18 seconds into the 3rd period, to double the Sabres’ lead to 2-0.
The Blue Jackets would get one back but Buffalo scored an empty netter to hold on for a 3-1 win, only their 11th of the season, improving to 11-24-9 #nhl #buffalo #buffalosabres #columbusbluejackets
Fun fact: The GM for the Blue Jackets at the time was @jkekalainen, who is now the Sabres GM, happy birthday to him 🎂
