#PostpartumJourney Belakangan saya belajar bahwa rasa lelah bukan selalu soal kurang berusaha. Mempertahankan konsentrasi dan menjalani aktivitas yang membutuhkan perhatian terus-menerus bisa terasa lebih menguras energi. Riwayat ADHD dapat menjadi salah satu bagian dari pengalaman itu. Di masa postpartum, faktor lain seperti tidur yang terganggu, kelelahan fisik, perubahan hormon, dan suasana hati juga dapat ikut memengaruhi keseharian. Saya mencoba melihat diri dengan lebih utuh: memperhatikan kebutuhan tubuh, memberi ruang untuk pemulihan, dan mencari bantuan profesional bila diperlukan. Pelan-pelan, saya belajar mengganti “Kenapa aku tidak bisa?” dengan “Apa yang sedang kubutuhkan?” #SelfCompassion. Welas Asih ke diri sendiri dulu sebelum berbagi Welas Asih ke orang lain ❤️.
