to all my libras : may your pockets get deeper and your standards get higher 💞
I’m almost 40, and I put together a program for you that helps activate the glutes and deep core muscles, feel more mobility in the hips and back, and makes the waist and glutes look more toned. 🔥🔥🔥 Comment BODY if you want to get it 🩷 Sitting on the sofa a lot? Do this exercise. Sitting at the computer a lot? Do this exercise. Mobile hips and strong core muscles mean a lot for a woman’s body. When a woman moves too little, over time the body loses mobility and shape, and movements feel harder. That’s why the sooner you start, the better. You can start at any age. I put together 5 courses and 54 lessons for you with lifetime access. Practice whenever you like, ideally 15 minutes every day: 1️⃣ Hip activation and deep core muscles, 11 lessons. Helps activate the glutes and core muscles, and the waist looks more defined 2️⃣ Stretching and flexibility, 15 lessons. Helps you feel more mobility 3️⃣ Posture: exercises for the back, neck and shoulders, 10 lessons 4️⃣ Anti-cellulite massage for legs, belly and arms, 8 lessons 5️⃣ Face fitness: massage and exercises for the facial muscles, 10 lessons 😍 You can practice at home, with no equipment, at your own pace. Comment BODY and I’ll send you the program details 💛
In the velvet hush of the dark, a silver sliver hangs suspended—a quiet curve of amber light holding secrets only the night sky knows. Craters carved like ancient memories catch the glow, turning the vast expanse into something breathing, mysterious, and alive.
