First met Kit n Ace when they opened a pop up shop in Saskatoon 15 years ago. Followed them to Toronto, Vancouver and Edmonton and was devastated too when they closed in Edmonton. So glad you are back to a physical store. I never order pants online from anywhere because the fits are so unpredictable. See you soon to invest in pants once again.❤️

Do you even care about your US customers anymore? Placed multiple expensive orders that have all been stuck in customs for over a month without any updates. All customer service responses are now clearly AI generated, and you no longer have a phone # to call and speak to an actual human being. Your CS experience has quickly gone downhill over the last year and a half. Maybe focus on fixing that instead of posting about new store locations and 2027 designs. Just a thought.
