Weekend @ the Station

A typical weekend on the Space Station. The crew enjoys the finer things in life (most of them, anyway). 😆

Dear diary, come with me to travel to New York for Halloween from London as someone who loves New York!! And of course the sweet treat snack box came with me and was enjoyed through the entire flight with a cup of tea. I also treated myself to the first Acotar book to read on the flight and I’m now obsessed!!😍✈️ #travelvlog #newyorkcity #comewithme #travelwithme

Het liep nét even anders…

Here’s another story for you… After the 1994 Mr. Olympia, we headed to Europe for the Grand Prix Tour. Sonny Schmidt (RIP 🙏❤️), Paul Dillett @paul_dillett and I spent two weeks staying at Bernd Beiderbeck’s gym in Bielefeld, Germany, between shows. Sonny was my training partner, and we trained TWICE A DAY, EVERY SINGLE DAY… PLUS CARDIO! Paul, being the absolute FREAK OF NATURE that he was, didn’t bother training even ONCE during those entire two weeks!!! He did occasionally come out of his room to do his legendary 7½ MINUTES on the recumbent bike 😂 — and I managed to capture these pictures of him during one of those rare appearances on the Gym Floor. Needless to say, Paul KICKED OUR ASSES at EVERY SINGLE SHOW on that tour! 😏😂💪 loosing only to Dorian and Kevin Some guys just had genetics from another planet!
