Cowardice? Moral collapse? As we near a pivotal election, 99 members of the US Senate still refuse to use the word “genocide” to describe Israel’s actions in Gaza even though the consensus opinion of almost every scholar and human rights group in the world is that a genocide is occurring. This deafening silence is obvious proof that the US government has subordinated a chunk of its foreign policy to the interests of another country. It’s not like one has to go out on a limb to use the word. In the rest of the world it’s not even controversial. The overwhelming consensus of the world’s 500 genocide scholars and leading human rights groups (including @amnesty and @humanrightswatch) is that the Netanyahu government is committing genocide. Yet all US Senators but Bernie Sanders refuse to use the word. Chuck Schumer refuses to use it. Chris Van Hollen, John Ossoff, Ed Markey, Susan Collins, Elizabeth Warren, and Elise Slotkin refuse to use it. My research also indicates not a single one of the 50 US governors (24 of them Dems) uses the word. The silence from the Democrats reinforces the notion that there is no effective national opposition party in the US. Certainly not one with the guts to take on Trump and the power structure. The Senate not only is silent, but has voted to send billions of dollars worth of bombs and other weaponry to Israel which are used to carry out the horrific acts. The crime of genocide was codified by the international community in 1948 as acts “committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group.” At least seven credible international human rights groups or UN bodies have found that Israel’s actions meet the criteria. They include the Israel-based @btselem and Physicians for Human Rights. The International Court of Justice issued a provisional ruling in 2024 that acknowledged Israel was likely committing genocide. In 2025, a UN Commission of Inquiry released a devastating report finding that Israel is committing genocide. The list goes on and on. When facing the greatest moral issue of our time, 99% of Senators fail to call it like it is. Unconscionable. 👊👊

Follow @_tncreations_ Season 3 of the Tamil medical drama series Heart Beat premiered on July 30, 2026, exclusively on JioHotstar. It follows Reena's recovery ("Reena 2.0 / 3.0") and her transition to AM Hospital, the emotional fallout with her biological father Dr. Vijay and mother Radhi, and a fresh crop of resident doctors joining the chaotic hospital floors. The relationship between Dr. Radhi (Anumol) , Dr. Reena (Deepabalu) , and Divi (Riya manoj)forms the core emotional anchor of the family dynamics and long-hidden secrets. In the dramatic arcs of Season 3, Divi becomes a key support system for Reena, even housing Reena for two months during a difficult transitional phase in her life.Instead of showing resentment or jealousy, Divi warmly embraces Reena into their family unit. Her lighthearted, youthful energy brings a sense of normalcy back into Radhi's life, and she acts as the emotional bridge that makes Reena feel safe and genuinely welcomed after spending 25 years apart from her mother.Together, these three characters redefine what family means. this week's episodes bring genuine joy back to the household. Seeing Radhi smiling, surrounded by both Divi and Reena under one roof, marks a massive tonal shift for the series. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #heartbeatseason3 #trendingreels #jiohotstartamil #radhireena #deepabalu ( heartbeat , heartbeatseries , heartbeatseason3 , motheranddaughter , radhi , radhireena , divi , anumol , riyamanoj , reena , rina , deepabalu , jiohotstar , jiohotstartamil , jiohotstarseries )
You can, do anything. You make your story ❤️ I’m so happy I never gave it up. It’s never easy, but always worth it. I hope whatever you love and gives you purpose finds a way to stay in your life, someway, forever. Jail, illness, loss, it hit our family like bricks. But we kept going. Never lose sight of the vision or the joy. Or the people who held your hand through it all ❤️
