I don't think I need to say much about my manga collection. I've been collecting for about seven years now and I'm slowly creeping towards 900 volumes. It's a curated collection of my favourites, and I try to keep it that way for the sake of both space and my wallet.
Vagabond was the first physical manga I ever picked up, and it's still my favourite of all time. A lot of that comes down to the memories tied to it. I started reading the first volume a few days before my first son was born, and I finished it while he was asleep on my chest.
That's the thing about physical media. It's not just the story you're collecting, it's the memories that come with it.

Happy Sunday! I hope everyone's doing well.
With everything going on with Sony and its continued push toward a more digital future for gaming, I thought it would be the perfect time to share my physical media collection.
Here's everything I'm currently collecting:
๐ Manga โข ๐๏ธ Anime โข ๐ฟ Steelbooks โข ๐ต Vinyls
To me, physical media is about more than just collecting, it's about ownership, preservation, and the memories attached to them. As the son of a DJ there's something special about holding and placing a vinyl on turntable, flipping through manga, or displaying a steelbook on a shelf that a digital library just can't replicate.
As more companies move towards a digital only ecosystems, preserving physical media feels more important than ever. Digital purchases depend on licenses and online storefronts, but a physical copy is truly yours to own, revisit, preserve, and share.
Whether it's manga, anime, vinyl, or steelbooks, I'm proud to keep building a collection that I know I'll be able to enjoy for years to come.
Long live physical media. ๐๐๐ถ

My anime collection is my smallest collection and again consists of some of favourites. I've recently been watching 'Your Name' and some of my favourite episodes of 'My Hero Academia' when the kids are around.

My steelbook collection started with the idea of only owning steelbooks
