37 DAYS until I step onto a bikini fitness competition stage 🍑🙈 and I still have around 19kg I’d ultimately like to lose.

Am I slightly shitting myself?

YES 😂

But this is probably the biggest thing I’ve learnt in the last 128 days…

BANK THE REPS.

That’s genuinely how I’ve changed physically AND mentally.

Protein? Rep.

Whole foods? Rep.

Walk? Rep.

Water + electrolytes? Rep.

Good sleep? Rep.

Three proper meals instead of picking all day? Rep.

Put my bloody phone down instead of scrolling for an hour? REP 😂

And probably the biggest one…

Talking to myself like someone I actually LIKE.

Because I used to be SO all or nothing.

Have one bad meal?

Well, fucked it now.

Might as well eat everything and start again Monday 😂

But if you got a flat tyre, you wouldn’t go…

“WELL THAT’S THE CAR DONE.”

…and drive it into a wall 😂

You fix the tyre and keep driving.

Same with this.

Missed the walk?

Next rep.

Ate something you didn’t plan?

Next rep.

Bad day?

NEXT REP.

You don’t need to restart, just need to do the next good thing.

And every time I bank one, it’s another little bit of evidence that maybe this IS just who I am now.

I’m someone who walks. I’m someone who strength trains. I’m someone who prioritises protein. I’m someone who looks after herself.

Do enough of anything and eventually you don’t have to keep trying to become her.

You just ARE her.

37 days left.

Still scared 😂 Still nowhere near finished.

But we keep banking the bloody reps 🍑💪🏻

🚨BREAKING:

Springdale NJ just planted 1,200 ISRAELI FLAGS to remember the victims of October 7th horrific MUSLIM attack!!! 😲

& Since literally EVERYONE wants to know my thoughts on Israel / Jewish people:

I care about the survival of Western / White culture in Israel just as much as I do about it in Sweden,

Israel isn’t above or below any other European Country for me.

I’m glad they are protecting their White homogeneous society from the invading hordes of Muslims,

I don’t want any foreign influence in our government,

I don’t respect the false leftist Jews who push degenerate rap culture and who are behind the music, Hollywood, and porn industry like George Soros types,

But my condemnation of the false Jews is not a hatred of Jewish people,

Jewish people need to assimilate to American culture and if they want to create their own ethnic conclaves where they speak their own language, eat their own food and dress they way they dress, they must do that in Israel,

I want America to resemble America.

Bibi Netanyahu is a right wing figure that the left wants to destroy to usher in socialism and demographic replacement in Israel same as in Europe

Don’t fall for the pysop to hate him.

He is the Trump of Israel

The Furher has spoken.

Mornin’ All

One of the nicest things about Insta is when folk take the time to comment - something I never take for granted.

I’m sometimes told that my posts are very “calm” and that pleases me very much.

And also, some people tell me they feel like they’re flicking through a mini magazine feature …. and again, that’s so nice to hear.

There are many truly amazing reels on this platform - in my case though I’m pretty much about Stills and Words.

Probably because I worked for many years contributing to the leading interior magazines (as a stylist and writer) - so I guess I like to remain within my comfort zone.

But the thing is - I reckon it’s virtually impossible to keep on top of the Algorithm and to second guess new trends. I don’t even try.

To me, the key to enjoying Insta is to simply be yourself. Do what you feel comfortable with, be authentic, relax and enjoy it on your own terms.

Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

Neighbors, this is nasty as hell! A former biology professor at Macalester College in Minnesota is facing felony charges after allegedly soaking a female student’s backpack in his piss, causing more than $2,000 in damage. Paul Fischer, who taught at the college for over 25 years, is now accused of having a disturbing habit of urinating in cups and dumping the contents around campus.
____________
According to court documents, the student left her backpack unattended outside Fischer’s office for about six minutes last December. When she returned, she discovered urine all over it. She suspected Fischer because he was reportedly the only person nearby. An investigation uncovered six other incidents involving urine found in trash cans, people’s water bottles, and even decorations belonging to other professors. Fischer allegedly admitted to police that he had “developed a habit” of urinating in cups and emptying them into trash cans or laboratory sinks.
____________
Fischer’s employment with Macalester ended during the 2025–26 year. He is now charged with first-degree damage to property and faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine if convicted.
____________
Thoughts?
