day off and 24 hours spent at home, rattled by the rush and eager to experience everything I want and at same time forcing myself to fucking relax. good thing tho I listened to a bunch of records, actually not jungle, lol, some new some old vinyl, some stuff I even forget I have in my collection, like Julianna Barwick’s last LP, damn that shit came out 6 years ago and it feels like it was yesterday, love it when it happens, just like time travel.

still have a big pile of unplayed mint stuff and a few projects/mixes I dunno when I will finish, if I ever will, and I don’t know how I want to release them afterwards 😬

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that the government will establish fast-track courts to speed up trials in examination paper leak cases, declaring that those who attempt to destroy the future of India’s youth “will not be spared.”

The Prime Minister said there was nothing more important than protecting the welfare and future of young people. He asserted that the proposed courts would ensure swift proceedings and stringent punishment for individuals and organised groups involved in leaking examination papers.

The announcement comes amid widespread anger over alleged irregularities and paper leaks in competitive examinations. Student-led demonstrations have intensified in Delhi, with protesters demanding accountability, stronger safeguards for examinations and action against those responsible for compromising the careers of lakhs of aspirants.

Modi had earlier described paper leaks as a “grave sin” and said the government was working to make the examination system foolproof. He also called for the strictest possible action against offenders and urged political parties not to treat the future of students as a partisan issue.

India already has the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, which treats the leakage of question papers and answer keys as an offence. The law provides imprisonment of three to five years for certain offences, while organised examination fraud can attract five to ten years in jail and a minimum fine of ₹1 crore.

However, concerns have continued over delays in investigation and prosecution. The government’s latest move is aimed at ensuring that accused individuals are tried quickly instead of cases remaining pending for years.

A beautiful satellite image of Europe after dark. You can see the density of London, the sprawl of the Benelux region, the glow of northern Italy, the coastline of Spain traced in light. Truly a stunning look at the continent from above.

Paris is visible. Berlin is visible. The Alps sit dark and quiet between the lit-up valleys. It is remarkable how much you can identify from space. A real testament to European infrastructure and urban development across the centuries.

Anyway. Nothing else of note in the image. Beautiful continent. Look at all those cities.
