Kara | Salt Air Wellness 🌊

Traveled to Costa Rica @tulavidacr last week to attend a retreat hosted by my friend and colleague, Melissa @wildhavennature

My intention was to rest, reconnect, learn and recharge my creativity to put into my upcoming projects in the future.

Happy to say that I checked all of those boxes including some "reprioritization" of my values and intention moving forward (thanks to my horse friends and the herd during sand play workshops).

I can't wait to move forward with my own workshops and future Writing Retreat for Healers...coming soon. Stay tuned!
