🔥 Flipside Bao - Grilled pork belly served in a homemade ube bao (asian purple yam bun) with atchara (picked papaya) topped with flipside sauce 🌱

🔥 Flipdope Tots - Tater tots with flipside pulled pork smoked for 10 hrs topped with mozza cheese and our own flipside sauce. 

🔥 Cheezy Jalapeño Sticks - Mozzarella cheese with jalapeño wrap in a spring roll wrapper toss of powder cheese and roasted garlic ketyo.

🔥 Ube Mango Roll - Ube Sticky rice with coconut milk and mango wrapper topped with ube sauce.
