Major changes for Jenny with her ALS: Sumit and Jennys Journey Ig page shared an update. Speaking has become very difficult for Jenny, so Sumit has stepped up as her primary voice and full-time caregiver every day.

Jenny’s health continues to decline, and each day brings new challenges. She’s currently taking two main ALS medications, Edaravone and Riluzole, along with B12, magnesium, and melatonin. While these treatments are designed to slow the progression of the disease, they leave her feeling extremely tired.

Over the last few months, Jenny and Sumit have met with about five neurologists and speech therapists. She is doing everything asked of her, and she will soon begin acupuncture—a holistic option that has shown promising results in trials for improving mobility and easing fatigue. .

Because healthcare in India is paid out-of-pocket, her medications and specialist appointments are very expensive. Thanks to your overwhelming support, the GoFundMe on Jenny and Sumit's page has officially reached $125K of their goal of 250K.
