President Obama is all in to elect Abdul El-Sayed to the U.S. Senate. “This country belongs to all of us. Not just the wealthy or well-connected—everyone. That idea is under attack, and Michigan is where we fight back. That’s why I’m asking YOU to support Abdul El-Sayed for U.S. Senate.”
California, meet your next governor. VOTE BY NOVEMBER 3!
Marathon JSAR as we continue #militarywatchweek. Pictured with an Arctic Camo NATO strap by @blushark_straps From the Marathon website: Marathon Search and Rescue (SAR) watches are developed to Canadian Government requirements for use in professional SAR operations. First introduced in the early 1990s, the SAR Series continues to be an essential kit element for elite members of both the Canadian and U.S. militaries. Note the tritium tubes and their MaraGlo luminescent materials. This watch comes to me via a retired Navy SEAL friend. I should better say Brother. We never served together (I am not Navy) but often parallel. Tomorrow’s watch comes via this same friend.
I recently had the pleasure of having the super talented @brandonmarx make some pics of me. What a blast. Thank you so much for the beautiful work, my friend!

“How could it be addiction if it was an affair with the same person?” For the longest time, I couldn’t understand how my husband’s secret affair—and what spiraled into a double life—could be connected to addiction. Looking back now, I recognize moments that pointed to a much deeper pattern of compulsive behavior. At the time, I didn’t know what I was seeing. In this episode of Her, Rebuilt., I share some of those raw, deeply personal moments. I actually published it, then took it down. I worried I had shared too much. That our darkest moments were too personal to put into the world. But my heart kept coming back to the woman listening who might recognize something in our story. Who might feel less alone. Who might find the right help sooner than I did. Addiction doesn’t erase accountability or lessen the devastation of betrayal. But understanding what we were facing helped us find the support we needed. That’s why I’m choosing to share. 🤍 Comment POD and I’ll send you the latest episode. And if you need a space to feel heard and supported, join my free women’s Zoom group this Sunday at 4 PM ET.Comment GROUP for the link. You don’t have to carry this alone. #betrayal #betrayaltrauma #affairrecovery #cheating #sexaddiction
