The Dark Bob

Having too much fun at a rooftop party for BARBARA T. SMITH's 95th birthday. I'm surrounded by Cheri Gaulke (Left), Suzanne Lacy (Center) and Barbara T. Smith (Right). 3 profoundly important artists who broke down the barriers for women artists in LA. We'll be learning more about them in "Acting Like Women" - a soon-to-be-released documentary film, directed by Cheri Gaulke, about feminist performance art and the Women's Building in 1970s and 80s Los Angeles! They changed LA art FOREVER!!!! XOXO ❤️ Photo by Mara McCarthy #Barbaratsmith #suzannelacy #cherigaulke #thedarkbob #actinglikewomen
