JOEL KINGHAM | ATHLETIC TRAINER

No matter how old you get, you’ll always need your mum 🤍

Bought my mum a hyrox ticket for her birthday and she trained every day for 4 months and she absolutely smashed it.

If you’re lucky enough to know my mum, you probably know she’s had 2-3 surgeries in that time too 😂

She’s the epitome of fall down 7 times and get back up 8.

So grateful to share such an experience with her and can’t wait for the next one 🕺

A mum is your first friend, your best friend, and your forever friend so never take that for granted ❤️‍🔥

Enjoy that last wall ball but 🤣
