This is a JOKE!!! 😂 But also it's not because people really do this to kids. 😭😭😭 The examples in this post are sarcastic, but the harm they cause is real. When a child is overwhelmed, yelling back, or in a heightened emotional state threatening to call home, moving their clip down in front of the whole class, or matching their energy can add fear and embarrassment to an already difficult moment. We still need to keep everyone safe and address the behavior. How we respond matters. ✨You are the adult. You have to stay regulated. Stay as calm as you can. Use a low voice and fewer words. ✨ Avoid making the moment a public conversation. Speak privately when possible. ✨ If a consequence is needed, give a related and logical consequence. Taking away recess from a child that likely needs movement isn't the flex we think it is. ✨ Offer a sensory support they already know like headphones, a drink of water, a calm space (not a time-out corner), or a weighted toy. ✨ Wait until they are calm before having them repair any harm caused, make apologies, or explain everything that happened. Also take that calm moment to make a plan for next time. ✨ Even if you are highly annoyed or upset by their behavior, you are still their teacher for the rest of the year. That relationship is important. Reconnect afterward. When the child is ready, talk through what happened and let them know they are still a valued member of the classroom. ✨ Put systems and routines in place and practice them often to reduce dysregulation in the first place. Meet with parents as partners to help make plans for student success, not just to complain about what a student is doing or not doing.

برگر مرغ سوخاری 🍔 مرینیت ۲۰۰ گرم فیله مرغ سیر خشک، زنجبیل خشک، تخم گشنیز، فلفل سیاه، فلفل سفید، سس سویا، خردل، سس باربیکیو برای سوخاری؛ آرد سفید ۱ عدد تخم‌مرغ پودر پانکو روغن برای سرخ کردن برای برگر؛ نان برگر، سس باربیکیو، پنیر، خیارشور، گوجه، پیاز فیله‌های مرغ رو کمی بکوب تا ضخامتشون یکدست بشه. ادویه ها رو درست آسیاب کن و توی یه ظرف سس سویا، خردل و سس باربیکیو رو بهش اضافه کن و با مرغ خوب مخلوطش کن تا تمام سطح مرغ به مواد آغشته بشه. بذارش حداقل ۴ ساعت داخل یخچال تا مزه‌ دار بشه. مرغ رو از مرینیت خارج کن و فقط مواد اضافی رو بگیر؛ لازم نیست کاملا خشک بشه. حالا به ترتیب مرغ رو داخل آرد سفید، تخم‌مرغ زده‌شده و بعد پانکو بزن، وقتی به پانکو رسید، با دست کمی فشار بده تا کاملا به مرغ بچسبه. مرغ‌ های سوخاری ‌شده رو ۱۰ تا ۱۵ دقیقه داخل یخچال بذار. روغن رو داغ کن و مرغ رو داخل روغن سرخ کن تا روکش کاملا طلایی و ترد بشه و مغز مرغ هم کاملا بپزه. بعد بذارش روی توری تا روغن اضافیش خارج بشه. روی مرغ یه لایه نازک سس دلخواه بزن. نون برگر رو کمی گرم کن، روی نان سس باربیکیو بزن و پنیر، خیارشور، گوجه، پیاز و مرغ سوخاری رو بذار و در آخر نون بالایی رو قرار بده. برگر مرغ سوخاری آماده‌ست.. نکات؛ مرغ رو خیلی نازک نکن فقط ضخامتش رو یکدست کن مرینیت حداقل ۴ ساعت بمونه بعد از پانکو کمی فشار بده تا خوب بچسبه قبل از سرخ کردن ۱۰ تا ۱۵
