This sweetbread ragù pasta dish won $25,000.

At Brooklyn’s Briscola Trattoria (@briscolabk), pasta expert chef Silvia Barban (@chefsilviabarban) makes the signature tagliolini that secured her win on “Triple Threat with Bobby Flay.”

Featuring sweetbread (the thymus gland of veal), this ragù might look a little unusual but makes for one seriously memorable pasta dish.

Tap the link in our bio to see how Barban makes the winning pasta, and tell us: Would you try sweetbreads?

Happiest Birthday, John. Thank you, For a Real Good Time.

Bobby and @JohnMayer always shared October 16. Today, on their birthdays, we’re excited to share “The Ground Don’t Want Me,” a previously unreleased track from the sessions behind Bobby’s solo album ‘Blue Mountain,’ celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

The song features John on acoustic lead guitar alongside Bobby, @JayLaneDrummer, @KaufyIsMyNamo, Robin Sylvester, @LeslieMendelson and Annie Nero with lyrics by @JoshRitter. Listen at the link in bio.

The ‘Blue Mountain’ 2LP reissue is out today, and ‘Blue Mountain: 10th Anniversary Deluxe Edition’ arrives November 20.

Limited edition ‘300/Thank You Bobby’ birthday tees are also available now, exclusively through dead.net, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting @FurthurFoundation.

Voila.
